A.J. Murray & Mott Hyde Hit Back-to-Back Jacks to Beat FSU

I love college baseball. I had the opportunity to play at the collegiate level in the ACC. There’s nothing like it. It’s the best baseball conference in the country. The winner of the ACC tournament has a good chance to make it to Omaha. My alma mater Virginia Tech literally just beat our rival Virginia 10-1 (ha!). However, earlier today, Georgia Tech and FSU had an absolutely unreal 9th inning. Trailing 3-2, Georgia Tech hit back-to-back jacks to go ahead 4-3 and eventually go on to win the ball game. This was against a guy who has been lights out all year. Incredible. FSU is a storied program that has seen great success under Mike Martin. Awesome to see Georgia Tech pull this one off – just don’t try to do the same against my Hokies.
