All-Star skippers reveal starting lineups

AL's nine are all right-handed hitters

The Astros' Dallas Keuchel and the Dodgers' Zack Greinke will be the starting pitchers for the American and National League, respectively, for Tuesday's All-Star Game presented by T-Mobile, to be played at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati (7 p.m. ET, FOX).
