Bees Invade Chase Field
They're back!
There was an adventure before the first pitch of this afternoon's game between the Diamondbacks and the Giants: a swarm of bees invaded center field, delaying the action for a few minutes.
It looks like this might be a regular thing this year. Remember when Mark Teixeira tried to lure a swarm away with honey? That happened.

Maybe the next song will be from the Bee Gees? Delay Over, Game on.

1st play of game is a fly ball to CF that took A.J. Pollock into the thick of the swarm. He caught it, then ran even faster back to infield.
