Excellence, integrity and collaboration are values Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and the Toronto Blue Jays share. Blue Jays players Brett Cecil, Kevin Pillar, Sergio Santos and Josh Thole visited SickKids Hospital on Thursday along with Ace the mascot. The players and Ace helped patients make Build-a-Bear stuffed animals with Blue Jays costumes! Moments like this remind us that batting or earned run averages mean little in the grand scheme of things. What matters is the ability to make a difference. And these Blue Jays just hit a home run!
It's a 'Build a Bear' kinda morning at SickKids with our friend Ace, the @BlueJays mascot! http://t.co/Hgsg0buxgM
