Network showcases 'Greatest Living Players'

Four of baseball's all-time greats -- Hank Aaron, Johnny Bench, Sandy Koufax and Willie Mays -- who were announced this week as the Franchise Four "Greatest Living Players," will be featured in an exclusive MLB Network interview with Bob Costas on Thursday evening.

The four Hall of Famers were honored at the All-Star Game presented by T-Mobile on Tuesday in Cincinnati, and they will next be featured on a special edition of MLB Network Presents at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday.

Costas' interview will feature conversations surrounding the four players' careers, their childhood idols, their impressions of one another and their most memorable moments playing the game.

MLB's "Franchise Four" campaign this year allowed fans to vote for "the most impactful players who best represent the lineup of each Major League franchise and several other significant categories in the sport's history."

Fans generated 25.5 million votes across 33 categories, including the 30 Major League franchises, "Greatest Living Players," "Greatest Negro Leagues Players" and "Greatest Pioneers."
