"Bob Abreu" was trending worldwide on Twitter last night, which peaked our interest. It turns out, Abreu was the catalyst behind an impressive comeback in Leones' 14-13 win over Caribes in Venezuelan Winter League action.

Abreu delivered a clutch base hit to tie it in the bottom of the ninth. And the crowd went wild.

Moments later, he scored the winning run from first base.

Abreu, who is reportedly looking to make a comeback in MLB, is on a torrid pace in Round Robin play, batting .460/.525/.980. Unsure if he'll ever get another shot in the Majors, but it's nice to see him enjoying success this winter.
