Bryant, Harper headline Jan. 13 Players Trust golf tournament in Las Vegas

Major Leaguers and Las Vegas natives Kris Bryant and Bryce Harper will be co-hosts of the 12th annual Players Trust fundraising golf tournament at the Cascata Golf Course in Las Vegas on Thursday, Jan. 14.

In addition, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino will host its second annual poker tournament to benefit the Players Trust on Wednesday evening, Jan. 13. James Loney captured last year's inaugural poker tournament, and the Tampa Bay Rays first baseman is scheduled to defend his crown in January.

Scheduled to join Bryant and Harper on the course are Hall of Famers Eddie Murray, Frank Robinson and Dave Winfield, as well as current and former big leaguers Marlon Anderson, Adrian Beltre, Bobby Bonilla, Chris Capuano, Royce Clayton, Dexter Fowler, Nick Hundley, Jacque Jones, Kenny Lofton, Hector Santiago, Chasen Shreve, Shane Victorino and Brad Ziegler, among others.

Players Trust fundraising events promise sponsors, their guests and all attendees unprecedented levels of player access during our memorable hospitality events, including cocktail receptions and meals. Proceeds from the events will benefit local Las Vegas-area charities personally selected by the co-hosts, as well as other charitable organizations to be determined by the Players Trust.
