Carlos Martinez Will Honor Oscar Taveras by Wearing #18

Carlos Martinez found the perfect way to honor his longtime friend and teammate Oscar Taveras. The Cardinals pitcher is switching his jersey to Taveras' number, 18, to pay homage to the young slugger who tragically died in an auto accident in October. Martinez and Taveras were teammates for many years in the Dominican, and in the Cardinals' system.
