Cave Dweller Favorites: Ashley Chavez

Here is a list of Ashley Chavez's (@smashleychavez) favorite moments from her 2012 MLB Fan Cave Experience.

Player Visit: Panda and Romo.

They were as amazing as I had hoped, and they treated me like we've known each other forever. Plus, Romo says "hella," so I felt like I was back at home. That's what's up.

Non-player Visit: Colin Hanks.

He jumped in the ball pit in the basement of the Cave, had great banter, and he grabbed my face while talking about Face Off the movie. If that's not a winning visit, I don't know what is.

I watched 25 grown men cry that day.

Concert: Talib Kweli.

I've wanted to see him for a WHILE now, and he was incredible. His band was jamming while doing their sound check, and it sounded like a miracle. Very talented dudes.

Game Moment: Watching Matty Cain duel it out vs. Cliff Lee.

It was the best pitched game this entire season, and I watched it with the super fun Minnesota Twins bullpen.

Game Watched: Matty Cain’s perfect game.

We had a Jet Pack guy in McCovey Cove, he smashed my K prediction that day and landed 14 of those suckers, the White Shark had a white knuckle catch, and it was my dad’s birthday. All that should be made up; but no, it's real.

Dweller Memory: Being introduced to Buster Posey and him telling me he's seen me on TV before was crazy.

I told him that is the most insane thing I've ever heard in my life. Still is.
