Chris Johnson Tapes His Mouth Shut

Atlanta Braves third baseman Chris Johnson found a unique way to bury the hatchet with umpire Jim Joyce on Sunday.

Johnson was ejected for arguing balls and strikes a day earlier - and in a creative display of humility – literally taped his mouth shut and tipped his cap to Joyce prior to Atlanta’s series finale with the Miami Marlins.

Johnson went 1-for-4 with two RBIs as Atlanta quickly found its way back to a winning track. The Braves had their 14-game winning streak snapped on Saturday.
