Deck the Halls! Phillies clubhouse decorated for Ballgirls Holiday Party

Last weekend, the Phillies Ballgirls, along with the Phillies community outreach staff, hosted the ultimate holiday party at Citizens Bank Park for 10 families whose children (ages 6 to 15) are currently undergoing, or have recently concluded, treatment for various illnesses.

In the Clubhouse, decked in holiday decorations, the families were treated to a night of Phillies fun including a holiday movie, all-access ballpark tour, a baseball-themed scavenger hunt. Plus, they got visits from from Phanta Claus, as well as Phillies Ambassadors including 2008 World Series MVP Cole Hamels, 1993 National League champions Mickey Morandini and Milt Thompson and 1980 World Series champion Dickie Noles.

The event is part of the Phillies Season of Giving presented by SEI^®, a month-long initiative to pay it forward and celebrate the holiday season with various charitable events.
