LaRoche Delivers the Beef

The Nationals have been eating healthy thanks to their in-house chef, Faisal Sultani. And they’ve been eating quality beef thanks to their in-house rancher, Adam LaRoche. He’s been getting meat from his cows on his ranch shipped into the Nats’ clubhouse for everybody to consume. In fact, Sultani said that he has just received the last of LaRoche’s 800-pound shipment.

Eight. Hundred. Pounds.

I can’t even fathom that. He’s pretty much single handedly supplying the team’s meat lovers with beef. LaRoche loves Sultani’s cooking so much that he had the chef over at his ranch for five weeks before Spring Training started. Personal chef and team chef. Umm where can I sign up? Because that sounds pretty incredible. I want that. We want that. I just don’t think the Dwellers could afford a world-class chef and 800 pounds of beef delivered to the Cave. We can certainly dream, though.
