Mo Vaughn Takes Out Ad in Boston Globe
Mo Vaughn recently took out a half page ad in the Boston Globe expressing his thoughts on the tragic events of the Boston Marathon.
Former #RedSox slugger Mo Vaughn had a message for Boston in a large ad in today's Boston Globe. twitter.com/Marc_Bertrand/…

Mo played eight seasons with the Red Sox and won an MVP award in 1995. The last Red Sox player to wear the #42, Mo brought tenacity and strength to the team that only preceded the type of big slugger like David Ortiz.
With this message in the paper, Mo shows he’s not only a historic slugger for the Sox, but a compassionate, awesome individual who loves the town he performed for. He’s always been a favorite of mine and continues to be one for reasons such as this.
Boston Strong!
