Napoli Uses Twitter to Help Out High School Student

Red Sox slugger Mike Napoli just got a little popularity boost in Dixon, Missouri. Ryan Novak, a Red Sox fan and high school teacher in Dixon, told one of his students that if she could get Napoli to tweet at him, the class would be able to get out of part of their senior project. And Nap came to the rescue.
