Minnesota Twins Submit Highest Bid for Negotiating Rights in Posting Process
The Nexen Heroes of the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) have informed Major League Baseball (MLB) that they have accepted the highest bid for the negotiating rights to 29-year-old first baseman Byung Ho Park, it was announced today. The highest bid in the posting process was submitted by the Minnesota Twins.
The Twins now have a period of 30 consecutive days to sign Park to a Major League or Minor League professional contract.
