Phillies host Thanksgiving weekend holiday shopping events

This Thanksgiving weekend, the Phillies hosted a group of holiday shopping events at the ballpark for fans and families to enjoy.

After a day full of discounts and deals at the Phillies Holiday Sale, along with exclusive autographed and team-issued items at the Phillies Authentics Clubhouse Sale, fans watched Phanta Claus make his grand entrance at the annual Tree Lighting outside Citizens Bank Park.

The night’s event was emceed by Phillies ambassador Scott Palmer, as well as NBC10 hosts Keith Jones and Brenna Weick. They were also joined by 1993 National League champion and 2008 World Series champion hitting coach Milt Thompson.
