Anytime the Detroit Tigers skipper is talking, my recommendation is you drop what you're doing and listen.
He's definitely the best quote in the game.
This was Leyland's reaction to a "Dancing with the All-Stars" charity event the Tigers participated in Thursday night at Joe Louis Arena to benefit the Jack's Place for Autism Foundation.
Ramon Santiago and Andy Dirks stole the show, and plenty of others like Torii Hunter and Prince Fielder were on hand for the event.
Leyland himself didn't dance, unfortunately, and neither did reigning MVP Miguel Cabrera, resting a sore hip. Tickets were $300…there's no telling how much I would have paid to see them cut a rug.
