Was selected to SF's Major League roster from Triple-A Sacramento on September 14...was his first time on a Major League roster since April, 2017 with Colorado... Signed by the Giants to a minor league contract on July 12 after beginning the year in the Chicago Cubs organization... only appeared in 18 games in the Cubs system (six with the rookie-level AZL Cubs and 12 with triple-A Iowa) due to injury... Batted .283 with 12 doubles, two triples, six homers, 25 RBI and 23 runs scored in 43 games for Triple-A Sacramento...helped the 'Cats claim the PCL Championship by hitting .333 (10-for-30) with six extra-base hits and eight RBI in eight games... Matched his career-high (fourth time) with his three-hit day on September 18 at Boston.

2018

Cristhian spent the entire season with Triple-A New Orleans in the Marlins organization ... batted .269 (121-for-449) with 18 doubles, three triples, seven homers and 57 RBI in 122 games ... Went 4-for-6 with three doubles, two runs and two RBI, June 6 at Las Vegas ... Batted .314 (27-for-86) in 24 June contests ... Hit .361 (35-for-97) against lefties, compared to .244 (86-for-352) against righties.

2017

Began season on Rockies Opening Day roster, going hitless in 13 at-bats before being designated for assignment on April 30...Outrighted to Triple-A Albuquerque and in 89 games with Isotopes, hit .263 (85x323) with 19 doubles, six triples, 11 home runs and 52 RBI. Home run total tied career high (also 2015)...Appeared in 49 games at second base, 33 games at third base and seven games at shortstop...In 24 June games, hit .337 (29x86), marking best offensive month of season. Also had five doubles, five home runs and 13 RBI...Recorded at least one hit in 11 consecutive games from June 13-26 to mark a season-long hitting streak. Hit .404 (19x47) with two doubles, four home runs and 10 RBI over streak...In 14-inning affair on June 24 vs. El Paso, went 5x8 with three runs scored, two home runs and two RBI. Marked single-game highs in hits, runs and home runs...Tied season-high with three runs scored on August 13 vs. Fresno, while driving in season-best five runs...Following season, appeared in 45 games with Toros del Este in Dominican Winter League, batting .279 (43x154) with four doubles, three triples, two home runs and 18 RBI.

2016

Made his first career Opening Day roster and spent the entire season on the active roster...Recorded his first two Major League home runs … his first was a go-ahead home run in the ninth inning, May 21 at Pittsburgh...Made 43 starts; 37 at shortstop, five at second base and one at third … batted .221 (32-for-152) as a starter...Recorded a career-high three hits three times, including in both games of the Aug. 31 doubleheader vs. Los Angeles-NL...Was 14-for-51 (.275) as a pinch-hitter … his 14 pinch hits were tied for third in the MLB.

2015

Appeared in 26 games with the Rockies, batting .245 (13-for-53) with one double, one triple and three RBI. Had at least one hit in 12 of 26 games with Colorado, including eight of the 14 games he started … all 26 games came in Sept. after being recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque, Sept. 1. Made 11 starts at shortstop and two starts at second base for the Rockies. Was 4-for-11 (.364) as a pinch-hitter. Hit .311 (144-for-463) with 20 doubles, three triples, 11 home runs, 51 RBI, 36 walks and 11 stolen bases in 116 games with Albuquerque, earning Pacifc Coast League Mid-Season and Post-Season All-Star honors … appeared in 20 games at second base, 15 games at third base and 79 games at shortstop … 11 home runs for Albuquerque was a new career high.

2014

Played at each of the top three levels of the Rockies organization, including making his Major League debut...across the three levels played a career-high 133 games, including seven in the Majors...Made his MLB debut on July 29, 2014 at Chicago-NL, entering as a defensive replacement in Rockies' 16-inning game...each of his final six games came in September following a late-season call-up...Collected his lone base hit in the Majors on Sept. 19 vs. Ariz. off LHP Joe Paterson...Began 2014 with Double-A Tulsa and played the majority of 2014 there...was named to the Texas League Mid-Season and Post-Season All-Star teams, his first time being named to both teams in a single season...Hit .267 (88-for-330) with nine doubles, four triples, two home runs, 38 RBI and 42 runs in 88 games for the Drillers...finished season with Drillers as a member of the club during playoff race...Drillers were Texas League's Runner-up...Played 38 games with Triple-A Colorado Springs, his first experience at Triple-A...hit .338 (49-for-145) with 12 doubles, one home run, 14 RBI and 19 runs...Made two starts at the end of season with Rockies, Sept. 20 vs. Ariz. and Sept. 27 at Los Angeles-NL...played second base, third base and short stop between Majors and Minors in 2014.

Was a member of the Double-A Tulsa Drillers for the entire 2013 campaign, marking his first experience at the Double-A level...was the club's regular shortstop, playing in 107 games overall...Finished fourth among Drillers players in runs (45), and hits (107) and third with 34 walks...Adames stole a career-high 13 bases with the Drillers, going 13-for-20 in stolen base attempts...Spent the majority of his playing time as the Drillers' No. 2 hitter, where he batted .284 (77-for-271) with 39 runs and a .346 on-base percentage...The switch-hitter batted .299 (29-for-97) with 3 doubles and 8 RBI from the right side and .257 (75-for-292) with 16 doubles, 3 home runs and 28 RBI from the left side...Was named to the Texas League Postseason All-Star team, his first league all-star honor...batted .276 (48-for-174) with 8 doubles 15 RBI and 25 runs scored after the All-Star break...Participated in the Arizona Fall League as a member of the Salt River Rafters...was a regular middle infielder for the Rafters...hit .293 (17-for-58) with 3 doubles 2 triples, 1 home run and 16 RBI in 16 games.

2012

Spent 115 games at High-A Modesto, all as their shortstop...was the starting shortstop for 110 of those games. Rated as the 19th-best overall and 2nd-best shortstop among Rockies prospects by Baseball America. Played in the second-most games (115) for Modesto...ranked second on the team in triples (7) and third on the team in hits (117). Had a 12-game hitting streak from 5/19-6/2 batting .460 (23-for-50) with 5 doubles, a triple, 7 RBI and 8 runs scored. In 59 road games, hit .301 (68-for-226) with 12 doubles, 2 triples, 28 RBI and 33 runs...his two home runs on the season also came on the road. His best month of the season came in May when he went 32-for-91 in 24 games. Had a .328 (66-for-201) average with runners on base compared to a .235 (51-for-217) clip with the bases empty....went 6-for-11 with 18 RBI when bases were loaded.

2011

Played with Asheville the entire season, his third stop in his last three professional seasons...saw time in 108 games, all of which he played shortstop...the 108 games played nearly doubled his career total from the three years previous.

2010

Spent his first season with Casper in his third professional season...set career highs in average, on-base percentage and slugging percentage.

2009

In his second professional season he played as one of the Dominican Summer League Rockies infielders, receiving the majority of his playing time at shortstop...played his last game of the season on 7/11, as he sat out the remainder of the season with an injury.

2008

Began first professional season as a member of the Rockies DSL team...played in 51 games with 161 of his 168 at-bats coming as a shortstop…his 51 games played tied for fifth on the club, and most of any Rockies DSL shortstop…his .262 average (44-for-168) was the seventh-best mark among club regulars…had five extra base hits (all doubles) on the season…his 18 walks were the fourth-most on the club.
