Spent the entire season at Double-A Mississippi where he batted .223 with 18 home runs and 51 RBI in 86 games…ranked third in the Southern League in strikeouts (131), tied for seventh in home runs and tied for ninth in walks (42)…ranked seventh in the Braves farm system in slugging (.453) and home runs, eighth in RBI, ninth in OPS (.784), tied for ninth in extra base hits (33) and walks and 10th in on-base percentage (.331)…batted .250 with a .778 OPS against lefthanded pitchers, .217 with a .786 OPS against right-handers…hit .272 at home, .183 on the road… slugged 11 of his 18 home runs on the road…10 of his home runs gave his team the lead…11 came with runners on base…batted .432 in 13 day games, .188 in 73 night games…started 62 games at first base, 23 at designated hitter and one at catcher…committed just one error, and it came as a first baseman, where he had a .998 fielding percentage…opponents were 0-for-1 in stolen base attempts with him behind the plate…made starts at every spot in the order except first and second…made his most starts batting fifth (25)…batted .308 in 16 games in May… hit safely in a season-high six straight games from July 25-31…went 8-for-21 (.381) with two doubles, four home runs and eight RBI during the streak…homered in three straight games from July 25-28…went 3-for-16 (.188) with a double, home run, RBI and three walks in five postseason games for Mississippi…then played for Peoria in the Arizona Fall Leage and hit .346 with six home runs and 18 RBI in 16 games…added 10 walks to fuel a .453 on-base percentage…ranked second in the AFL in slugging (.692) and OPS (1.145) and tied for fourth in home runs.

Played 127 games for High-A Florida…led the club and finished fourth in the Florida State League in home runs (16)…also had a team-best and career-high 26 doubles.

Ranked in the Top 10 among Atlanta prospects in home runs (t-7th, 12) and walks (8th, 43)…stole a career-high three bases…went 2-for-8 (.250) with a double in two postseason games for Rome.

Finished second among all Atlanta farmhands (min. 200 at-bats) in slugging percentage (.514) and OPS (.865), and ranked in the Top 10 in on-base percentage (7th, .352), home runs (8th, 13) and RBI (t-10th, 46), despite appearing in just 60 games.
