Devereaux John Harrison...Graduated from Vacaville High School in Vacaville, Calif....Named to All-League and All-State team and was awarded the Monticello Empire League MVP as a senior...Led his team to back-to-back CIF-Sac Joaquin Section Division I titles in 2018 and his senior year in 2019...Tossed a no-hitter on April 26 vs. Fairfield High, going five innings with 10 strikeouts...Attended Long Beach State University for three years, going 8-3 over 42 combined appearances (two starts) with 15 saves, 35 walks and 92 strikeouts...As a true freshman in the 2020 shortened season, led the bullpen in appearances and innings pitched...Named a Freshman All-American by the NCBWA, Second-Team All-West Region by the ABCA, Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Year, and First-team All Conference in 2021...Represented the USA in 2021 playing for the Collegiate National team, appearing in four games allowing a run and four walks with seven strikeouts across five combined innings...Pitched for the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod League in 2021, appearing in four games with a 4.91 ERA (2 ER/3.2 IP), a walk and two strikeouts.

Spent the season at High-A Vancouver, appearing in 26 games (16 starts) for the Canadians recording a 2.95 ERA (31 ER/94.2 IP) with 38 walks and 88 strikeouts, holding opponents to a .225 AVG...Named NWL Pitcher of the Week the week of May 21...Pitched two innings scoreless with two strikeouts on May 16 at TRI, before retiring the first nine batters he faced and facing the minimum on May 21 at TRI, going five scoreless innings with a hit and six punchouts...Named NWL Pitcher of the Week for the second time the week of June 11...Contributed to the combined seven-inning no hitter on June 10 at EVE with reliever Matt Svanson, after going six shutout innings with three walks and eight strikeouts... Marked the first Vancouver Canadians no hitter since 2005...Given the NWL Pitcher of the Month award for the month of June, after going 3-0 over four starts with a 0.78 ERA (2 ER/23.0 IP), eight walks, and 20 strikeouts while holding opposing batters to a .182 AVG.
