After beginning the season with High-A Wilmington, was promoted to Double-A Harrisburg on May 14...Led all Nationals Minor Leaguers in wins (11) and WHIP (1.16)...Ranked in the top three in the Nationals organization in ERA (second, 3.34), innings pitched (second, 134.2), opponents' batting average (second, .227) and strikeouts (third, 132)...Was one of three Nationals farmhands to pitch a shutout...Allowed just one hit and struck out six in six innings on May 29 at Binghamton in a rain-shortened win...Pitched six innings or more in 12 of 25 starts...Allowed two runs or less in 11 of those 12 outings.
