2015

Made 22 relief apps during 3 stints with the Reds (4/27-5/12, 6/16-7/16, 9/1-remainder of the season)...retired 15-22 first batters faced, stranded both inherited runners and did not have a save opportunity...began the year with the Bats and made 6 apps there before he was recalled on 4/27, when Homer Bailey was disabled...posted a 2.70era in 3 apps for Cin before he returned to Louisville on 5/13, when Raisel Iglesias was promoted to start that night's game...from 6/17-7/11 made 9 more apps with the Reds before he returned to Louisville immediately after the All-Star break, when RHP Jumbo Diaz was promoted...spent the rest of the minor league season with the Bats before returning to Cin as a September callup...while with the Bats stranded 11-12 inherited baserunners.

2014

In his Major League debut made 17 relief apps during 3 stints with the Reds (6/21-7/9, 7/11-8/20, 9/2-end of season)...was the first of 2 Reds players to make the jump from Class AA (OF Yorman Rodriguez)...began the season at Pensacola and in 3 starts and 6 relief apps there went 2-1, 2.70 before he was promoted on 6/21...in that afternoon's 11-1 win vs Tor threw a perfect ninth inning (1k) in his Major League debut...his first strikeout victim was Colby Rasmus...after 3 relief apps, as part of a series of roster moves on 7/10 was optioned to Class AAA Louisville but rejoined the Reds the next day following a 12-inning, 6-4 loss to the Cubs in which the Reds used 6 relievers...after 10 more relief apps returned to Louisville on 8/21...spent the rest of the minor league season there but was bothered by inflammation in his right shoulder and did not pitch for the Bats before he was promoted again in September as 1 of 10 callups...made 4 apps for the Reds after his 9/2 recall, his last on 9/14 at Mil...in the seventh inning on 7/11 vs Pit became the first Reds pitcher to strike out the side on 9 pitches since Rob Dibble on 6/4/89 vs SD...when he was promoted in June was preparing to become Pensacola's closer...from 4/27-6/2 was on the Blue Wahoos' disabled list with a lower back strain.

2013

At Class A Bakersfield was named to the California League All-Star Game roster and represented the World Team at the Sirius XM All-Star Futures Game...at Bakersfield and Class AA Pensacola combined to finish 8-9, 3.47 in 26 starts...among all Reds minor league pitchers ranked fifth in strikeouts (122) and ninth in ERA...began the season at Bakersfield...on 7/16 was promoted to Pensacola.

2012

In 49 apps at Class A Dayton and Bakersfield combined to finish 1-1, 3.12 and led Reds minor leaguers with 20 saves in 24 chances ... at Dayton ranked fifth in the Midwest League in saves (16) ... following the season was selected by MiLB.com as one of the organization's All-Stars ... following the season made 2 scoreless relief apps for Toros del Este in the Dominican Winter League (2ip, 1h, 0bb, 2k)...on 11/19 was added to the 40-man roster.
