Cooper Everett Hummel...was born in Portland, OR and is a 2013 graduate of Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, OR...played collegiate baseball at the University of Portland...grew up as a Mariners fan...appeared in the 2007 Little League World Series.

The Totals - Played in 66 games over three stints with Arizona in his first Major League season and hit .176 (31x176) with eight doubles, three triples, three home runs, 17 RBI and 23 walks...High Five - Reached base safely 5 times (one hit and four walks) on April 13 vs. Houston to become the first player in Diamondbacks history to reach base safely five times in a game within his first 3 Major League contests and first NL player to do so since Gift Ngoepe with Pittsburgh on April 28, 2017 vs. Miami.
