In his first season in the organization combined to finish 4-7, 4.08 with 1 save in 5 chances over 10 starts and 28 relief apps for Class AA Pensacola and Class AAA Louisville...began the season at Pensacola...was promoted to Louisville on 6/1...returned to Pensacola on 6/3...was promoted again to Louisville on 6/18...3 days later was sent back to Pensacola and spent the rest of the season there...following the season became a minor league free agent...on 1/19/18 was re-signed to a minor league contract...on 2/7 was invited to 2018 Major League spring training camp.
