Split the season between High-A Florida and Double-A Mississippi and combined to go 4-7 with a 2.49 ERA (33 ER/119.1 IP) across 24 starts...Ranked in the Top 10 among Atlanta's starting farmhands (min. 75.0 IP) in hits per 9.0 innings (1st, 6.6), strikeouts per 9.0 innings (2nd, 10.7), strikeouts (3rd, 142), ERA (4th, 2.49), and innings (9th, 119.1)...Named by the organization as Florida's Pitcher of the Year after going 2-6 with a 2.52 ERA in 20 starts for the Fire Frogs, and earned Florida's Pitcher of the Month honors for July after going 1-0 with a 0.82 ERA (2 ER/22.0 IP) over four starts...Was twice named Florida State League Pitcher of the Week, first from 7/2-8 (11.0 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 18 SO) and again from 7/30- 8/5 (7.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 5 SO).

Played his first full professional season with Single-A Rome, and went 4-5 with a 3.14 ERA (29 ER/83.0 IP) and 101 strikeouts over 20 starts...Led all Atlanta farmhands (min. 75.0 IP) by averaging 11.0 strikeouts per 9.0 innings pitched...Pitched to a 6.15 ERA over six starts in May, but logged a 1.75 ERA (11 ER/56.2 IP) over 14 starts in the other five months of the season, including an 0.83 ERA (2 ER/21.2 IP) in seven starts after the All-Star break...Named South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week (5/22-28) after tossing 6.0 scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts on 5/25 vs. Augusta...Entered 2017 named by Baseball America as Atlanta's No. 5 prospect, and as the No. 66 prospect in the minor leagues.

2016

Split his first pro season between the GCL Braves and Rookie-Advanced Danville, combining to go 1-2 with a 2.04 ERA (9 ER/39.2 IP) over 10 starts...Allowed five earned runs over 4.0 innings on 8/22 vs. Bluefield, but pitched to a 0.99 ERA (4 ER/35.2 IP) in his other nine appearances.
