Went 4-4 with a 3.61 ERA (23 ER/57.1 IP) in 38 appearances between Triple-A Memphis (14 games) and Double-A Springfield (24 games) in the Cardinals' organization...Started year at Double-A, allowing runs in two of his five appearances and then holding opponents scoreless in 11 straight outings from April 27-June 18...Owned 1.72 ERA (six ER/31.1 IP) in 18 appearances with Springfield at the time of his promotion to Triple-A on June 28...Made his Triple-A debut on July 1, posting a 1-1 record and 5.50 ERA (11 ER/18.0 IP) in 14 appearances with 16 walks against 22 strikeouts over two stints with the Redbirds (July 1-Aug. 8 and Sept. 6-19)...Converted three of four save opportunities, all with Double-A...Combined to hold opponents to a .248 AVG (52-for-210) and allowed six home runs...Signed by Miami as a Minor League free agent on Dec. 16 with an invitation to Major League Spring Training.
