Originally signed by the New York Yankees as a 16-year-old non-drafted free agent from Cabudare, Venezuela, on July 2, 2015...Appeared in parts of seven Minor League seasons within the Yankees system before declaring Minor League free agency following the 2023 campaign...signed a Minor League contract with the Astros on Nov. 18, 2023...Was a strong contributor for the 2024 Triple-A National Champion Sugar Land Space Cowboys, finishing Top 10 in the Pacific Coast League in runs, doubles, home runs and RBI, setting his personal single-season career high in each category...won the PCL Player of the Week Award for the week of May 20 as part of his breakout season at the plate...Though he did not receive an invite to the Astros' Major League Spring Training camp in 2024, he had a strong showing as a regular Minor League call-up, batting .333 (6-for-18) with four runs scored, a double and an RBI through 17 games...Enters his second season with Houston and has received his first career invite to Major League Spring Training in 2025...is under a one-year Minor League contract for the 2025 season.

2024

In his first year within the Astros organization, spent the entirety of 2024 with Triple A Sugar Land, batting .242 (127-for-525) with 92 runs scored, 31 doubles, 25 home runs, 89 RBI, 15 stolen bases and a .784 OPS (.337 OBP/.448 SLG)…set career highs in runs scored, doubles, homers, RBI and stolen bases...named the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week for the week of May 20...ranked fifth among qualified PCL batters with a .331 average (48-for-145) when hitting with runners in scoring position...led the PCL with 23 hit-by-pitches while also ranking tied for third in the league in runs, fifth in extra-base hits (57), tied for sixth in doubles, home runs and RBI and ninth in total bases (235).

2023

Spent 2023, his final season in the Yankees organization, with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (101g) and Double-A Somerset (17g), batting a combined .249 (99-for-397) with 63 runs scored, 16 doubles, 15 home runs, 45 RBI, 12 stolen bases and a .752 OPS (.339 OBP/.413 SLG).

2022

Spent the entire season with Double-A Somerset, hitting .240 (95-for-396) with 56 R, 18 doubles, one triple, 18 HR, 55 RBI, 38 BB and 11 SB in 111 games…hit .294 (5-for-17) with four runs, four RBI and one BB in five postseason games for the Patriots…following the season, was named the 2022 Rawlings Gold Glove Award recipient at second base in Minor League Baseball.

2021

Split the season between Single-A Tampa and Double-A Somerset, hitting .249 (44-for-177) with 42R, six doubles, nine HR, 34RBI, 26BB and 8SB in 67 combined games…began the season with Tampa, hitting .218 (19-for-87) with 20R, four HR, 18RBI and 12BB in 38 games before being promoted to Somerset on 7/16, where he hit .278 (25-for-90) with 22R, six doubles, five HR, 16RBI, 14BB and three SB in 29 games for the Patriots.

2020

Did not play due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

2019

Only played in 10 combined games between Rookie-level Pulaski, Rookie-level GCL Yankees West and short-season Single-A Staten Island after missing the majority of the season due to injury.

2018

In 56 games with short-season Single-A Staten Island, hit .246 (47-for-191) with 24R, five doubles, one triple, one HR, 16RBI, 14BB and 3SB.
