Began season with Double-A Portland (Boston)...Went 5-4, 2.20 ERA (61. IP, 15 ER) in 12 starts for the Sea Dogs and was promoted to Triple-A Pawtucket June 17...Placed on temporarily inactive list from August 14-17...Combined to go 13-10, 3.01 ERA (146.2 IP, 49 ER) with 45 walks and 126 strikeouts between Portland and Pawtucket...Named pitcher on Boston's MiLB.com's organizational All-Star team...Pitched for Leones del Escogido in the VZL, going 2-0, 0.38 ERA (23.2 IP, 1 ER) with four walks and 14 strikeouts...Acquired via trade with San Diego December 8 along with a player to be named later or cash, in exchange for right-handed pitcher Miguel Diaz, whom the Twins selected first overall that same day in the Rule 5 Draft...prior to that, Haley was selected by Los Angeles-AL in the Rule 5 Draft from Boston with the eighth pick...Named 20th best prospect in Twins system by Baseball America, entering 2017.
