Made his Reds debut on August 8 vs. Chicago-NL...was his first relief outing since May 6, 2015 for Baltimore at New York-NL, snapping a streak of 128 consecutive starts.... Recorded at least two strikeouts in 10 of his 15 appearances with the Reds, including a season-high six strikeouts on August 18 vs. St. Louis that featured an Immaculate Inning.... In perfect 8th and 9th innings on August 18 vs. St. Louis struck out all six batters, the most strikeouts by a Reds reliever in a game in 2019...in the 9th became the fifth documented pitcher in Reds history to throw an Immaculate Inning (three batters, three strikeouts, nine pitches), the first since Drew Storen on April 18, 2017 vs. Baltimore and one of six Major Leaguers to do it in 2019 (Chris Sale twice, Josh Hader, Thomas Pannone, Stephen Strasburg, Chris Martin).... Made 10 starts for Atlanta after being acquired, and went 5-3 with a 2.87 ERA (19 ER/59.2 IP) ... His five wins with the Braves were the most for an Atlanta pitcher acquired in-season since 2000, when Andy Ashby went 8-6 over 15 turns with Atlanta after being acquired from Philadelphia... Milt Pappas went 10-8 after the Braves acquired him in 1968 to set the Atlanta ERA record...Pappas, Ashby and Doyle Alexander (6-6 in 1986) are the only Atlanta pitchers with more wins than Gausman after being acquired in-season ...
