Kevin enjoys the outdoors and morning hikes… his favorite is the Tenaja Falls trail south of Los Angeles that includes views of a cascading spring...In 2019, he fielded a ground ball at third base to start the first triple play in Double-A Montgomery’s 15-year history…he stepped on the bag at third, then went around the horn to Tristan Gray and Dalton Kelly...Kevin is passionate about nutrition and its benefits to athletes…he enjoys experimenting with simple and healthy food and has been on a strict healthy diet for three years...He is an avid country music fan and tried to learn to play guitar a few years ago while injured but retired from his musical career after two unsuccessful weeks...While traveling to see family on Thanksgiving as a kid, Kevin’s parents had to stop at a grocery store for last-minute items…he entertained himself by running up and down the aisles until he slipped and had to be rushed to the hospital for stitches on his head...Kevin remembers hitting a walk-off homer on his birthday for his Little League team while the team was making a run at the Little League World Series…the kids celebrated by popping sparkling cider outside the field.
