Is enshrined in the Francis Parker School Hall of Fame in San Diego...attended the University of Houston, where as a junior he helped the Cougars to a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament (19g, 12gs, 2.45era)...in 2015 was named to the American Conference's All-Academic team & All-Conference second team.

2021

Was signed by the Reds to a minor league contract with an invitation to 2022 Major League spring training camp, Dec. 9, 2021.

2020

Posted an 8.44 ERA in six relief outings in 2020 as a non-roster player in Major League camp (5.1IP, 6H, 7R/5ER, 5BB, 7SO).

2019

Went to spring training with the New York Mets, appearing in six games in relief before being claimed on waivers by Texas on March 26, earning a spot in Texas' Opening Day roster...Made Major League debut on March 28 vs. Chicago-NL (3ER/2.0IP) and posted a 3.86 ERA in 5 April games/1 start (5ER/11.2IP)...Made first MLB start on April 24 at Oakland (3ER/3.0IP) and notched first MLB win on April 15 vs. the LA Angels...Worked a career-high 3.2 IP on April 19 vs. Houston...Was on the Injured List, June 1-July 24, with right elbow impingement and after rehab stints across three levels in the Texas system he was activated and designated for assignment on July 25 and offered back to the Indians organization on July 28...Last outing was on May 26 at LA Angels...Made 2019 Akron debut on August 1 and made three starts, Aug. 17-27...Posted a 1.32 ERA in four relief appearances for Akron (2ER/13.2IP, 15SO)...Made two starts for AAA Columbus in the Int'l League playoffs (5ER/4.1IP).

2018

Split his season between Cleveland's and Detroit's minor league system...Made 30 trips to the mound overall (20 starts)...Combined to go 9-12 with a 5.15 ERA (71 earned runs/124.0 innings) between Erie (AA-Detroit) of the Eastern League, Toledo (AAA-Detroit) of the International League and Akron (AA-Cleveland) of the Eastern League.
