2021

Had six stints with the Phillies: 4/19-6/6, 6/16-22, 6/25-7/1, 7/11-21, 8/7-11 and 8/29-9/2; also played for Lehigh Valley (AAA)..Made his MLB debut on 4/19 vs SF; at 24 years, 60 days old, became the youngest Phillies player to make his ML debut at shortstop since Jimmy Rollins (21 years, 295 days) did so on 9/17/00 vs FLA...In his MLB debut, collected his first career hit (single in the sixth inning against Kevin Gausman)...Had five hits in his first three career games; only four left-handed hitting Phillies players ever had more hits in their first three career games: Hall of Famer Richie Ashburn, Art Mahan, John Bolling and Ralph Caldwell (allhad 6 hits)...Collected multiple hits in four straight games, 4/21-25...Had 11 hits in his first six career games; in the modern era (since 1900), only one Phillie ever had more hits in his first six career games: Art Mahan (12 hits in 1940)...Became the first Phillies rookie to begin his career with a six-game hitting streak since 2000, when Jimmy Rollins did so...Became the first Phillies player with at least five multi-hit games in his first 10 career games since September 2000, when Jimmy Rollins did so (6 multi-hit games in first 10)...Hit his first career HR on 5/16 at TOR (Robbie Ray) as part of a multi-HR game (also hit his 2nd HR off Ray)...Made his first career professional pitching appearance on 6/28 at CIN (0.1 IP, SO); struck out Tony Santillan.

Was a non-roster invite to ML spring training and was part of Philadelphia’s player pool at the alternate training site in Lehigh Valley...Following the season, was named the No. 10 prospect in the Phillies minor league system by Baseball America.

2019

Named an Organization All-Star by MiLB.com for the 2nd consecutive season...Spent most of the season with Clearwater (A) and was selected as a Florida State League midseason All-Star...Slashed .298/.383/.404 in 49 home games for Clearwater...Named Phillies Minor League Player of the Week, 5/6-12...Promoted to Reading (AA) on 8/9...Combined to hit .266/.349/.376 in 114 games between the two levels...Following the season, played for Scottsdale in the Arizona Fall League (.333/.385/.667 in 3 G)...Ranked by Baseball America as the 10th-best prospect in the Phillies minor league system following the season.
