Founded April 23, 1635, it is the oldest school in America...Alumni of the school include five signers of United States Declaration of Independence (Samuel Adams, Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock, William Hooper and Robert Treat Paine), as well as eight former Massachusetts governors and several preeminent architects, historians, politicians and military figures...Underwent Tommy John surgery during junior season of high school at Boston Latin...Played for Plymouth Pilgrims in 2015 New England Collegiate Baseball League ..Pitched for Harwich Mariners in 2016 Cape Cod League. ..Played collegiately at Virginia Tech...Originally selected by Cincinnati in the 9th round of the June, 2017 MLB Draft...Marked highest draft selection for any Virginia Tech player since Mark Zagunis was selected by Cubs in the third round (78th overall) of 2014 Draft...Resides in West Roxbury, Mass.
