Received the Mary E. Barney Award as Louisville's most valuable player...On 5/7 was recalled from AAA-Louisville...made his season debut that night at ATL...In the ninth inning on 5/8 at ATL hit a go-ahead, two-run homer off Raisel Iglesias, his first HR of 2025...also produced a ground-rule double off Spencer Schwellenbach in the third to snap an 0-for-20 hitless streak (since 7/19/24 at WASH)...On 5/8 at ATL posted his fourth career game with multiple XBH (last: 7/13/24 vs. MIA), matching teammate Elly De La Cruz (2023), Chris Dickerson (2008) and Josh Hamilton (2007) for most by a Red through his first 26 Major League appearances, among those who debuted in 1900 or later...On 5/8 at ATL hit his sixth HR in his 26th career game, fourth-most by a Red in that span since 1900, behind Aristides Aquino (12), Josh Hamilton (eight) and Adam Dunn (seven)...In the seventh inning on 5/17 vs. CLE hit a solo homer off Jakob Junis...marked his 15th career hit, 13 of which went for extra bases...became the first Major Leaguer since 1900 to have 13 of his first 15 career hits go for extra bases. On 7/8 was recalled from AAA-Louisville and made his Major League debut that night vs. COL...In that game hit his first career HR, a 449-foot, solo shot off Tyler Kinley...Was the second-longest first career homer (449 feet) by a Red in the Statcast era, trailing only Elly De La Cruz’ 458-foot shot on 6/7/23 vs. LAD (off Noah Syndergaard)...Became the 10th Red since 1900 to homer in his Major League debut, the first to do so since Spencer Steer on 9/2/22 vs. COL...On 7/9 vs. COL hit a 458-foot HR off Justin Lawrence, making him the first Red in franchise history to homer in each of his first two career games...His five XBH (2 HR, 1 3B, 2 2B) through his first two career games were the most by any Major League batter in that span since 1900, while his five hits matched Jimmy Outlaw (1937) and Mike Mitchell (1907) for most by a Red in his first two career games since 1900...Became just the second Red since 1900 whose first five career hits went for extra bases (also: Chris Dickerson, 6 H, 8/12-8/15, 2008)...On 7/12 vs. MIA produced the first grand slam of his career (off Yonny Chirinos)...Was just the second Reds batter since 1900 to hit a grand slam within his first five career games, joining Vada Pinson on 4/18/58 at PIT...His eight RBI were most by a Red in his first five career appearances since the stat was first tracked in 1920...His 7 XBH (3 HR, 1 3B, 3 2B) through his first five career appearances tied TOR Rowdy Tellez (2018), CHC Jorge Soler (2014), BOS Will Middlebrooks (2012) and CIN Chris Dickerson (2008) for most by any Major Leaguer in that span since 1900...On 7/13 vs. MIA, his sixth career appearance, posted his first multi-homer game...Became just the second Red since 1900 with a multi-homer game within the first six appearances of his Major League career, joining Nick Senzel on 5/6/19 vs. SF (fourth career game)...His five homers through his first six career games were most by a Red in that span since 1890...Were also second-most by any Major League batter in that same span since 1900 (COL Trevor Story, 7 HR, 2016)...Was recognized as the National League Player of the Week for the week of 7/8 to 7/14...Became the first Red since the award was first administered in the NL in 1973 to earn it in his first week in the Majors...The last players to earn the honor in their first week at the Major League level were Trevor Story (COL) and Tyler White (HOU) for the week of 4/3-4/9, 2016...Was also the ninth Reds rookie to ever earn the honor, the first since Elly De La Cruz (6/19-6/25, 2023)...On 7/26 was optioned to Louisville...On 8/27 was recalled from Louisville and spent the remainder of the season with the Reds, but went 0-for-17 to end 2024.

Was an MiLB.com Organizational All-Star and Southern League Player of the Week for 6/12-6/18...Led the organization in RBI, tied for the lead in HR and ranked second in slugging and extra-base hits...Led the Southern League in RBI and extra-base hits while ranking among the leaders in HR (T2nd), slugging (2nd), OPS (5th), hits (9th), doubles (3rd), triples (T4th) and total bases (3rd)…From 6/11-6/17 homered in six straight games, the longest HR streak in the Southern League all season...Among all Class AA batters ranked second in RBI and extra-base hits and fourth in slugging percentage.
