2021

Made four starts for Atlanta and pitched to a 3.60 ERA (8 ER/20.0 IP) without a decision...Was placed on the 60-day Injured List, on June 16, with left forearm inflammation and missed the remainder of the season....Made his season debut with Atlanta, on May 18 vs. the Mets, and held New York to five hits and three runs over 6.0 innings in a no-decision...Walked just one and struck out five...Davidson completed his 6.0 innings on just 72 pitches, an average of 12 per inning...Started on June 3 vs. Washington and pitched 5.2 scoreless innings while allowing just one hit...Was left with a no-decision, but Atlanta plated four runs in the sixth inning to win, 5-1...Became just the second Braves starter since 1901 to throw at least 5.0 scoreless innings and allow no more than one hit within their first three career starts...Matt Wisler was the first to do so, pitching 5.1 scoreless innings and allowing one hit on July 1, 2015, also against the Nationals in his third career game...Made four starts for Triple-A Gwinnett to open the season and went 2-2 with a 1.17 ERA (3 ER/23.0 IP) and 28 strikeouts...Made his postseason debut with a start in Game 5 of the World Series and allowed two hits and four runs (two earned) over 2.0 innings in the no-decision…Atlanta lost, 9-5.

2019

In 2019, named a Baseball America Double-A AllStar, a Southern League Mid- and Post-Season All-Star...Made 25 starts between Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett and combined to go 8-7 with a 2.15 ERA (31 ER/129.2 IP)…Struck out 134...His 2.15 ERA was lowest among Atlanta farmhands to make at least 15 starts, and he ranked third in strikeouts, tied for fifth in wins, and eighth innings...Allowed two earned runs or fewer in 20 of his 25 starts on the season…Allowed more than three runs just once.
