Selected from Triple-A Sacramento on August 27...had spent the season with the River Cats prior to his callup...In 17 appearances out of the Giants' bullpen he allowed two earned runs on 12 hits in 17.2 innings (1.02 ERA). Held opposing batters to a .185 clip, with lefties going 3-for-22 (.136) off him... Made his ML debut Aug. 27 and threw just 11 pitches, retiring all three Arizona batters faced on groundouts.
