LOS ANGELES (April 12, 2021) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers have announced today that Therabody™, formerly known as Theragun®, the global innovator of tech wellness and percussive massage therapy, has officially become a Proud Partner of the team. The partnership will integrate Therabody’s percussive massage therapy devices and pneumatic compression devices into the team’s training and recovery programs to help improve player health and overall team performance.

Known for its cutting-edge technology and industry-leading research and development, Therabody was selected by the Dodgers to help improve the recovery of their players and educate them on the importance of effective whole-body wellness solutions -- both on-and-off of the field.

The partnership will integrate Therabody’s industry-leading percussive massage therapy device Theragun and clinical pneumatic compression device RecoveryAir into the team’s training and recovery routines to help improve overall team performance. Therabody will custom build a section in the dugout for players to use devices -- such as the Theragun PRO and Wave Roller -- during games and workouts, and additional carts of devices will be available in the bullpen, weight room, and recovery room. Therabody will also educate the team’s network of players, coaches, and medical experts on whole-body wellness techniques through its education division, Therabody University.
