This global activation gives youth fun chances to learn the game and gain skills, building Baseball and Softball communities to cultivate diverse fans and ensure the Sport’s long-term health

The Texas Rangers will celebrate PLAY BALL Weekend with several activations at its West Dallas MLB Youth Academy. Events will begin on Friday, June 5, when baseball & softball programming gets the PLAY BALL treatment. In addition to running through a typical day of summer training to improve athletes' on-field skills, the coaches will implement a series of fun competition-style drills and distribute exciting PLAY BALL giveaway items, including t-shirts and bat and ball kits.
