President, REV Entertainment & Executive Vice President, Sports & Entertainment
Sean Decker serves as the President of REV Entertainment, a full-service sports, events and entertainment company. Decker also serves as the Texas Rangers Executive Vice President, Sports and Entertainment.
Decker spearheaded the creation of REV Entertainment, which officially launched in 2021. Throughout his career, he has developed, created, produced, and led a diverse portfolio of events. He was responsible for bringing the first standalone concerts to Globe Life Park, what is now Choctaw Stadium, along with other community points of pride ā the Academy of Country Musicās Party for a Cause, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, and many others. Today, his team has expanded to acquiring and hosting sold-out crowds for some of the worldās most renowned acts.
Decker is responsible for the companyās strategic partnerships with companies such as Live Nation, AEG, XFL, PRCA and Oak View Group to name a few.
Decker is passionate about using sports as a catalyst for economic development. He is currently working with multiple municipalities and partners to bring a professional sports team, ballpark, entertainment venue, and additional development to their respective communities.
Additionally, Decker manages REV Sports Management and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the two Minor League Baseball teams owned by the Rangers. Decker also oversees REV Food Service, the hospitality partner at both Grainger Stadium in Kinston, North Carolina and LP Frans Stadium in Hickory, North Carolina.
Decker also created REV Production Services in 2020, the nationās first unaffiliated stadium flooring production company that specializes in the procurement, transportation, installation, and cleaning of stadium flooring and barricades.
Decker joined the Rangers in 2010 and has served in a variety of roles including Senior Vice President, Operations & Events, and Rangers Vice President, Ballpark Operations.
He began his career in professional baseball as Operations Assistant with the Pacific Coast Leagueās Colorado Springs Sky Sox in 2008 and also worked as Assistant Director of Baseball Operations for MLBās Arizona Fall League and as Corporate Marketing Manager for the Texas Leagueās Frisco RoughRiders before joining the Rangers.
A native of Grapevine, Texas he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Tarleton State University. Sean and his wife, Renni, have two sons, Rhett & Reed, and reside in Colleyville.
