Refund Policy

Refunds for any un-played Rangers' postseason home games (and parking, if applicable) will automatically be issued back to the same payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks following the Rangers' postseason exit for this process to be complete. This statement applies only to purchases made directly through the club and does not include any secondary market transactions.

Game Day FAQ

Bag Policy

Bags equal to or smaller than 16”x 16” x 8” are allowed into Globe Life Field. No backpacks are permitted except for single compartment drawstring bags. Additionally, coolers of any kind are prohibited. Bags that meet the 16” x 16” x 8” size do not have to be clear.

Exceptions are for those bags carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants or young children. Working media may carry backpacks after the bags gone through the security screening at the media entrance.

Outside Food

Outside food is allowed inside of Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear quart sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted.

Prohibited Items and Behavior

  • Advertising, selling, or promoting any product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
  • Alcohol not purchased from the event or illegal drugs/substances
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Backpacks, including clear backpacks
  • Bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches
  • Banners or signs that are not in good taste, obstruct another guest’s view, or are not event-related
  • Banners that are permitted may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung from or affixed to ballpark structures
  • Beach balls or balloons
  • Binocular Cases
  • Camera Cases
  • Clothing with offensive or profane language as deemed by Texas Rangers management
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Drinks, with the exception of one sealed unflavored bottled water less up to 1 liter
  • Fireworks
  • Food, except in a clear quart sized sealable bag. 1 bag per Guests
  • Glitter, confetti or rice
  • Glass or Metal Containers
  • Camera Lenes longer than 8 inches
  • Laser pointers
  • Littering
  • No Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes or any other smoking device) inside the structure of Globe Life Field
  • Noisemakers
  • Signs on poles or sticks, or constructed of wood or metal material
  • Tripods, monopods and selfie-sticks
  • Use of drones or other unmanned and remote-controlled aircraft systems
  • Weapons of any kind, even if properly permitted or registered, including Pepper Spray and Pocket Knives

All bags and items are subject to inspection. To ensure fan safety, the Rangers reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including any item capable of being used as a projectile.

Guest Code of Conduct

The Texas Rangers are committed to providing all guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests are required to abide by all guidelines listed in the following Guest Code of Conduct. The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Violators may be ejected from the Ballpark without refund and may be subject to arrest.

  • Be respectful and considerate of others
  • Refrain from using or displaying derogatory, profane or offensive gestures or language, both verbal and non-verbal, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; such language, whether directed at guests, staff, players, umpires or other team members or personnel is inexcusable and unacceptable.
  • Refrain from using offensive language or behavior directed toward players, umpires, staff or other personnel regarding betting losses.
  • Fighting, throwing items, vulgar, threatening, bullying or abusive language or conduct is similarly prohibited.
  • Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow guests, umpires, referees, opposing team fans and players.
  • Refraining from excessive displays of affection.
  • Following instructions from team staff members regarding ballpark operations and emergency procedures.
  • Not wearing or displaying inappropriate or indecent clothing.
  • Consume alcohol responsibly.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside Globe Life Field, including E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking device.
  • Showing their ticket when requested and only sitting in their ticketed seat.
  • Help keeping Globe Life Field clean.
  • Not interfering with balls in play or otherwise disrupting the event by their actions.
  • Not trespassing onto the field.
  • No weapons, including guns or knives or any item deemed to be used as a weapon
  • If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of our facility, please contact the nearest Globe Life Field staff member or text REPORT to 76432 for assistance; Message and Data rates may apply; text STOP to cancel (IF YOU SEE SOMETHING…SAY SOMETHING!)

Offensive Bias-Based Language and Behavior Directive

The use of offensive language that demonstrates bias or prejudice directed against a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual preference, national origin or their status as a military veteran (“Biased-Based Language” – name-calling, stereotyping, belittling, or exclusion) by any fan or employee, whether such language is directed at players, umpires or other baseball personnel; or other guests or employees is unacceptable as well, and inconsistent with the spirit of the game. The Company is committed to a fan friendly environment. If security is able to determine that a biased-based violation has occurred, security staff will then mandatorily eject the violator.

Cashless Venue/Reverse ATM’s

Globe Life Field is a cashless venue. Guests can use Reverse ATM’s to convert cash to card at the following locations: Please note that funds cannot be added to an existing card and cash cannot be returned if a card is not used.

  • Main Concourse – Sections 113, 123, 136
  • Upper Concourse – Sections 212, 227

Exit/Re-Entry

  • Re-entry is permitted in Globe Life Field at specific doors and all-public entries from the time doors open until the start of the game. Once the game starts, re-entry is only permitted at one door at the North Entry on the Main Concourse and at one door at the Southeast Entry on the Suite Level. All guests must have their ticket scanned before exiting and re-screened before re-entering the venue.
