Rangers baseball is just a couple of weeks away and you’re among the first to score access to 2024 Opening Day tickets.

Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, this will be your best opportunity to get Opening day tickets. There is no guarantee that inventory will be available.

Dynamic pricing may apply to tickets, which means prices can fluctuate based on factors affecting supply and demand. As such, you are encouraged to buy your tickets early.

Register to receive promotional emails and related materials from Rangers Baseball LLC (the “Rangers”) and, in return, be granted the opportunity to purchase (the “Program”) up to two (2) face value ticket packages, each including (i) a ticket for the Texas Rangers’ 2024 Opening Day game scheduled to occur on March 28, 2024 ("Opening Day Game") plus (ii) a ticket of equal or greater value to a second game at Globe Life Field, chosen from a predetermined list, provided by the Rangers, of games at Globe Life Field in 2024 (“Additional Game”). The Rangers will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible fans ("Eligible Registrants") who have successfully completed the registration form at any time prior to Sunday, March 17 at 11:59 PM CT, with the Rangers’ computer being the official clock (the “Registration Period”). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Rangers are not eligible fans and will not be entered into the drawing.

Eligible Registrants selected in the random drawing (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, the "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity to up to two (2) face value ticket packages, each such package including (i) a ticket for the Opening Day Game plus (ii) a ticket of equal or greater value to an Additional Game. Tickets will be available to Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis only while tickets for such Opening Day Game and the Additional Game remain available. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee Eligible Registrant will be able to purchase the ticket package including tickets for the Opening Day Game and any Additional Game. Exact date, times, ticket limits, restrictions, and instructions for Opening Day Game and Additional Game ticket purchases will be communicated via email no more than four (4) days after the random drawing to each Drawing Winner via the email address he or she submitted on the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid email address or follow the ticket purchase instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program.

In order to purchase Opening Day Game tickets, each Drawing Winner will be required to simultaneously purchase the same number of Additional Game tickets, with such Additional Game subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and all of the same terms, conditions, rules, and instructions as the Opening Day Game tickets included in this Program. There is no charge to register for this Program. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not obligate such Drawing Winner to purchase any tickets, however, if Drawing Winner chooses to exercise their right to purchase 2024 Opening Day tickets, there is an obligation to purchase Additional Game tickets with the Opening Day ticket purchase. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registrant will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program depends on the number of eligible registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity. The credit card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form. Any purchase for which the credit card billing address used does not match the address provided on the registration form is subject to cancellation and ticket forfeiture without notice.

Tickets purchased in connection with this Program are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations for an opportunity to purchase tickets under this Program have no monetary value and have no cash redemptions or substitutions. All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Rangers tickets, available at Rangers.com/ticketback.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of registration. In addition, you must complete and submit the registration form located on rangers.com during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only Eligible Registrants who submitted an online registration form to the Rangers during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Rangers are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Rangers, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Rangers ticket holders generally; as such, the Rangers from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

Only Eligible Registrants that have completed the registration form during the Registration Period and have been selected as a Drawing Winner will have the opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase tickets through this offer.

Notification of selection as a Drawing Winner and receipt of email does not guarantee tickets for the Opening Day Game or Additional Game. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

This Program is subject to the MLB’s Terms of Use and the information you provide will be treated in accordance with the MLB’s Privacy Policy.

By registering for this Program, each registrant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Rangers, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a drawing to be conducted for any reason; (b) the actions of registrants or any other individuals in connection with any drawing; (c) injury or damage to such registrant's or other individual's computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in the Program; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any registration and/or any registration data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase tickets or tickets purchased in connection with any drawing, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the BOC, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
