What is included in the Bases Loaded Bundle?

Each bundle includes two game tickets, one parking pass in Lot D and $20 in Ballpark Credit—$10 per ticket.

Can I purchase more than two tickets?

Yes. A minimum of two tickets is required, but additional tickets may be added individually, up to eight tickets total per transaction. Each additional ticket also includes $10 in Ballpark Credit.

How many parking passes will I receive?

Each transaction includes one parking pass in Lot D, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

How will I receive and access my parking pass?

Your parking pass will be delivered to your digital account and can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app.

Which seating levels are available?

The bundle is available in Upper Reserved, Mezzanine and Infield Mezzanine seating areas, subject to availability.

Which games are eligible?

The Bases Loaded Bundle is available for all remaining Rangers regular-season home games, subject to availability.

Are taxes and fees included?

Taxes are included in the listed package price. Additional fees apply at checkout.

What is Ballpark Credit?

Ballpark Credit—sometimes referred to as loaded value—is credit attached directly to your game ticket. Each ticket purchased through the Bases Loaded Bundle includes $10 in Ballpark Credit.

How do I use my Ballpark Credit?

Simply present your game ticket at the time of purchase and have the barcode scanned. The Ballpark Credit will automatically be applied to your purchase.

For mobile tickets, open your ticket in the MLB Ballpark app and present the barcode at the point of sale. You may also access your Ballpark Credit through the Rangers Wallet tile in the Ballpark app.

How can I check my Ballpark Credit balance?

Navigate to the Rangers Wallet under the team tab in the MLB Ballpark app. Select “Ballpark Credit” to view your current balance.

Where can Ballpark Credit be redeemed?

Ballpark Credit can be used at most concession stands and retail locations throughout Globe Life Field, including the Rangers Team Store and other merchandise locations. Some exclusions may apply.

Are there locations where Ballpark Credit is not accepted?

Ballpark Credit may not be accepted at select locations, including certain premium dining areas, in-seat service locations or specialty vendors.

What happens if my purchase costs less than my available Ballpark Credit?

You will not receive cash back. Any remaining credit will stay on the ticket and may be used again later during the same game.

Can I make a purchase that costs more than my available Ballpark Credit?

Yes. After the Ballpark Credit is applied, you may pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method. You may also apply the Ballpark Credit from multiple tickets toward a single transaction.

Will my Ballpark Credit transfer if I forward my ticket?

Yes. If you forward your ticket to another fan, the associated Ballpark Credit will transfer with it and may be used by the recipient.
