FAQs
How do I use my ballpark credit?
Simply present your game ticket at the time of purchase and the barcode will be scanned to apply the ballpark credit.
If using a mobile ticket, open your ticket in the MLB Ballpark app and have the barcode scanned at the point of sale. The credit will automatically be applied to your purchase.
You may also use the “Ballpark Credit” found in the Ballpark App under the Rangers Wallet tile.
I'm unsure if my ticket includes ballpark credit. Can I check the balance?
Yes. You can check your balance by navigating the Rangers Wallet located under the team tab of the Ballpark App. From there, you’ll see “Ballpark Credit” in your wallet that includes your current balance.
Where can ballpark credit be redeemed?
Ballpark credit can be used for purchases at most concession stands and retail locations throughout Globe Life Field, including the Rangers Team Store and other merchandise locations.
Some exclusions may apply.
Are there areas where ballpark credit is not accepted?
Ballpark credit may not be accepted at select locations within Globe Life Field, including certain premium dining areas, in-seat service, or specialty vendors.
If I buy something that costs less than the value on my ticket, will I get cash back?
No. If your purchase total is less than the remaining credit on your ticket, the remaining balance will stay on the ticket and can be used later during the same game.
Can I purchase something that costs more than the ballpark credit on my ticket?
Yes. Once the ballpark credit is applied, any remaining balance can be paid using cash, credit card, or another accepted payment method. You may also use multiple tickets with ballpark credit in a single transaction.
Will the ballpark credit transfer if I forward my ticket?
Yes. If you forward your ticket to another fan, any associated ballpark credit will transfer with that ticket and can be used by the recipient.
