IMPORTANT DETAILS

Ages 14 and up. All levels welcomed, as there will be modifications. Bring a yoga mat (only a limited amount will be provided).

All attendees are required sign a waiver in order to participate in this event. You may download, print and sign the waiver ahead of time to speed up the check-in process if you prefer.

WILL THE EVENT GO ON IF IT RAINS?

This is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved upstairs to the All You Can Eat Porch, and you can enter through the All You Can Eat doors on the south side of the building off of Randol Mill. In the event that severe weather occurs, we will notify buyers of a reschedule or cancellation.

MEET YOUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Born and raised in Laguna Hills, CA, Kaitlin Herndon first discovered yoga as a way to supplement her training as a ballet dancer, and was immediately drawn to the unique challenges and restorative benefits she received from her practice.

After graduating in 2014 from Texas Christian University with her BFA in ballet, Kaitlin returned to yoga as a means of recovery from a dance injury. She quickly found a desire to dive deeper into her physical and mental practice, and completed her first Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga in December of 2014. Through teacher training, Kaitlin quickly discovered a passion for sharing yoga with others. Kaitlin has been teaching since January 2015, and has managed the CorePower Yoga WestBend studio in Fort Worth since December 2015.

She loves that her personal practice helps her to find mental peace through physical challenge, and loves the vibrant and strong yoga community she gets to practice with. In Kaitlin's class, you can expect an intense physical workout combined with mindful connection, and experience a safe space in which to grow, have fun, challenge yourself, and experience all the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer!
