Hope Week

The Minnesota Twins players, wives and front office staff take part in the organization's annual Hope Week, a week dedicated to giving back to the community. During each day of Hope Week, different Twins players will lead groups of teammates in participating in various volunteer activities.

2018 Videos

Day 7: Twins players hosted catch on Target Field with active military members and their families.

Day 6: The Twins took over a youth baseball game in Brooklyn Park and gave it the Major League treatment.

Day 5: Joe Mauer hosted his Gillette Mauer & Friends Kids Classic at Target Field.

Day 4: Eduardo Escobar and teammates hosted Spanish-speaking youth at Fogo de Chao in Minneapolis.

Day 3: Twins pitcher Kyle Gibson and his teammates hosted a Haiti Food Pack at Feed My Starving Children as part of Twins Hope Week.

Day 3: The Twins Wives Organization assembled blankets for local youth hospitals.

Day 2: Brian Dozier hosts the Cub Foods Cookout in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.

On Day 6, Byron Buxton and other Twins hosted a game of catch at Target Field for U.S. Military service members and their families.

On Day 5, all Twins players played games on the field at Target Field with youth from Lucy Laney Elementary in North Minneapolis.

On Day 4 of Hope Week, the Twins and Pitch in for Baseball gave free gloves to kids in the Twins RBI program in St. Paul.

On Day 3 of Hope Week, the wives of Twins players made blankets for the patients at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare.

On Day 3 of Hope Week, Glen Perkins hosts a fishing event for Hope Kids Minnesota at Lake Harriet with some of his teammates and coaches.

On Day 2 of Hope Week, Joe Mauer, teammates and coaches visit Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare to meet and play with patients.
