Q: When will I be able to start managing my Flex Account?
A: Your Flex account will be live and accessible within the MLB.com Ballpark app just a few minutes after your purchase is complete. When you download the MLB.com Ballpark app, make sure to use the same email address used for purchase to create your account. Once inside the app, click on Flex Ticket Redemption under the Tickets menu.
Q: If I use all my Flex Vouchers, can I buy more?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional "passes" (minimum of 10 passes). By calling your season ticket service representative or our VIP Hotline at (612) 370-4575.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of Flex Vouchers I am allowed to redeem per game?
A: No, there is no limit to the number of vouchers you can redeem per game.
Q: Once I activate my Flex Vouchers, can I upgrade my seats?
A: Yes, once you receive your mobile tickets and enter the venue, you can upgrade your tickets by clicking the Upgrades button in the Tickets menu of the MLB.com Ballpark app. This can be done 2 hours prior to the game time.
Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB.com Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Flex.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Flex package is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Target Field and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the Flex if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Target Field.
Q: Are Flex tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Flex purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Flex package?
A: Your Flex Vouchers can be redeemed at any time, all the way up until the first pitch! (Excludes 2019 Home Opener)
Entering Target Field
Q: How do I get into Target Field with my Flex Package?
A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB.com Ballpark app. Download the MLB.com Ballpark app and go to the Flex Ticket Redemption in the Tickets menu. Login with the email address you used to purchase and your password associated with the account. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Target Field.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB.com Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device Or you can forward a ticket through the MLB.com Ballpark App by email or text.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: When selecting your game, you will have an option to choose ADA seating under the seating location tab.
