Q: How do I purchase Passes?
A: Purchase Passes by clicking on the green purchase button on this page or over the phone at 612 33-TWINS. Passes are only available online or via phone and cannot be purchased at the Twins Box Office. Twins Pass is no longer available to purchase for the 2024 season.
Q. When will I be charged each month for my Twins Pass?
A. When you purchase the Twins Pass your initial charge will be for the games in June. Your next charge for the July games will occur on or about the 19th of June. This process will continue throughout the 2024 Regular Season on or about the 19th of each month. If you purchased the All-In Pass, no additional charges will be incurred for the remainder of the 2024 regular season.
Q. Can I cancel my Twins Pass subscription?
A. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations received before the 19th of each month will be honored immediately and no further charges will appear on your credit card. Cancellations received after the 19th of each month will be honored in the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted from the email address used to purchase the Twins Pass and sent to TwinsPass@twins.com. All-In Pass may not be cancelled and is only good for the entire 2024 regular season.
Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Twins Pass. Please note that iPhones must be on iOS version 13.0 or greater and Android phones must be on OS 6.0 or greater
Q: Can I use an iPod touch / iPad?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Twins Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Target Field will be through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Target Field.
Q: I bought my Pass, what do I do now?
A: Follow the steps below.

Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone, and create or log in with your MLB.com account, using the email address that you used to purchase Twins Pass.
If you already have the app, be sure to download the latest version and keep updating throughout the season. Download Now
Q: How are Pass tickets delivered?
A: All of your tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: Can I sell my Pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable and only available on the phone of the Pass purchaser.
Q: Can I share my Pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Target Field will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.
Q: Are Passes/Pass tickets exchangeable or refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Pass purchases are final. Passes and Pass tickets cannot be exchanged, forwarded, transferred or resold.
Q: Where can I go with a Ballpark Access Ticket?
A: The Twins Pass ticket holders have lots of great destinations available with their Ballpark Access ticket. In addition to various standing room or drink rail areas throughout each concourse, there are great gathering spaces and bars on every level of Target Field. On the Main Concourse both Hrbeks and Grey Duck Deck provide a great spot to grab something to eat & drink while grabbing a seat and taking a break from the action on the field. Our terrace level provides several options such as Keeper’s Heart Townball Tavern, Summit Brewing Pub and Cutwater Cocktail Bar as great destinations to socialize while still enjoying the game. Truly On Deck in the right field corner offers fans a vibrant game day social experience with unique sightlines and seating options. Please note, this does not include access to the club level concourse behind sections A-R.
Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: If a game is postponed, your Pass ticket for the postponed game is valid for the rescheduled game only and will appear in your ticket inventory approximately 2 hours prior to the rescheduled game.
Q: What happens if a game time changes?
A: All game times are subject to change. Your Pass ticket will be valid only for the date of the game and is non-exchangeable.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Twins Pass?
A: Purchasers of the Twins Pass will have a Ballpark Access ticket which does not include a seat.
Q: How do I get into Target Field with my Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app beginning two hours prior to each game. Download the MLB Ballpark app and link your account that you used to purchase your Twins Pass. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Target Field
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have purchased a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Target Field together.

Please note that the barcode area on the digital ticket does not automatically refresh. You can refresh the ticket on your screen with a simple down-swipe, or by tapping on the "Refresh" icon in the middle of the screen. This should refresh and populate the ticket's barcode, as long as it's within 2 hours of game time.
What if I already have a ticket to the game (or Ballpark Pass) and want the Theme Ticket item?
Your Twins Pass does not include any Twins Theme Night or Group Event item access.
Target Field Theme Nights and Group Events offer a great opportunity for you and your friends to enjoy a game while connecting with others who share your special interests. These events also grant you access to exclusive items and/or fan experiences ONLY available to fans that purchase these special ticket packages.
