Tempe Diablo Stadium to operate at 25% capacity

February 16th, 2021

ANAHEIM -- With the Angels’ first Spring Training game fast approaching on Feb. 28, the club announced their ticket policies for fans this year at Tempe Diablo Stadium on Monday.

The Angels will operate the ballpark at 25 percent capacity, which will allow approximately 1,800 to 2,000 fans per game. The decision adheres to local, state and Major League Baseball COVID-19 safety protocols.

Fans who are registered at Angels.com can start buying tickets on Friday at 9 a.m. PT, before tickets go on sale to the general public on Feb. 23 at 9 a.m. PT. All tickets will be sold on Angels.com.

Tickets will be available in pods of two, four or six, and all fans over 2 years old must wear a mask in the stadium, except when actively eating and drinking in ticketed seating locations. The seating will be socially distanced, and a no-bag policy will be enforced.

The club's home opener for Cactus League play is March 1 against the White Sox at 1:10 p.m. MST (12:10 PT). The Angels are scheduled for 13 home games this spring.
