1) INTRODUCTION: The Spinball contest ("Spinball") invites participants to compete daily by selecting a roster of 5 players (4 hitters and 1 pitcher). Participants will receive 9 total wheel spins to select their roster of 5 players. Participants will then make predictions concerning the success of the MLB players on their roster by assigning certain Power-Ups (as described in Section 6 below) to their players. Each day participants can choose from one of four power-ups with each one having a different unique ability. The object of Spinball is to achieve the highest score at the end of an applicable Score Tabulation Period (as defined below). To participate, you must register for Spinball via the Contest Page or App (as defined below) and then complete your roster of players and assign Power-ups. Your Spinball score is measured as described in Section 6. Your selections will have an impact on your overall success in Spinball. The more you play the better opportunity you might have to reach a higher weekly score.

2) ELIGIBILITY: Spinball is open only to legal residents of the United States, including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are, as of the date of Spinball registration, registered users of MLB.com, legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and at least eighteen (18) years old, and not otherwise ineligible per the terms of this Section 2. Excluded individuals may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to win any prize. The "MLB Entities" shall mean Sponsor, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the MLB Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Spinball is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

3) ENTRY PERIOD AND LOCK TIME: The entry period for Spinball will begin on or about 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on March 26, 2026 (“Spinball Start Time”) and end 3:00 p.m. ET on September 27, 2026 (the “Spinball Entry Period”). The Spinball Entry Period will consist of twenty-seven (27) weekly entry periods (each, a “Weekly Entry Period”) as described in the chart immediately below. For each Weekly Entry Period, scores will be deemed final upon the last out of the final MLB game on such applicable Sunday (“Score Tabulation Period”). For purposes of this contest, the wheel will lock at 7:00 p.m. ET on weekdays and 2:00 p.m. ET on weekends, with the exception of Sunday, September 27, which will lock at 3:00 p.m. ET (each, a “Lock Time”). Weekdays shall mean Monday through Friday, and weekends shall mean Saturday and Sunday. You must complete your roster on a given day before the applicable Lock Time. You have the ability to set a roster up to the applicable Lock Time. Once your roster is complete you cannot make any changes, regardless of if you wish to play far in advance of any applicable Lock Time. *NOTE: Immediately following the setting of your roster for current day, you will have the ability to set your roster for the next day slate of games. For example, if you play at 3:00 p.m. on 3/26, you will then be able to immediately play and complete your roster for 3/27. Once your roster is set, you will not be able to make any changes whether on a current or future day.

4) SPINBALL REGISTRATION: To participate in Spinball, you must (a) be a registered user of MLB.com and (b) register for the contest at mlb.com/play (the "Contest Page") or via the MLB mobile app ("App"). On the Contest Page, click on the web banners, buttons, and/or links for Spinball to log-in to your MLB.com account and then complete and submit the Spinball registration form. Alternatively, you may download and install the App on your smartphone or other mobile device and log-in to your MLB.com account and register for Spinball via the App. By fully completing and submitting all information required for Spinball registration, including your date of birth, and confirming your agreement to these Official Rules, you will be registered as a Spinball participant. MLB.com account and Spinball registration are both free. Data and usage rates may apply to download, installation, and use of the App or of a mobile phone or other web-enabled device; check with your service provider for details on these and other charges. Wireless service is not available in all areas. Throughout the Spinball Entry Period, Sponsor may release updates to the App and notify you of the availability of such updates via in-App messaging or other means. Be sure to install these updates to participate in Spinball via the App. If you do not install updates to the App when they are available, you may not be able to participate in Spinball via the App. Incomplete Spinball registrations are void. Participants are responsible for ensuring all their contact information is up-to-date and accurate.

5) SPINBALL ENTRY; ENTRY LIMIT: Limit one (1) Spinball registration per person and per email address for the duration of the Spinball Entry Period. Additional Spinball registrations received from any person/email address will be void. The use of a script, macro, or any other device to automate or subvert the contest registration or entry process is prohibited and all such registrations and entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.

6) POWER-UPS; SCORING: Once your roster is finalized, a pop up will display showcasing the Power-up feature. This screen will appear daily, and participants will have the opportunity to choose from one of four daily power-ups (each, a “Power-up”), with each Power-up having a different unique ability. All participants will be offered the same Power-ups on a given day.

Current List of Power-ups as of the Spinball Start Time

  1. Outta the park - If the selected player on your team hits a home run, you will receive double points for that home run.
  2. Steal quadrupled - Every steal your selected player completes is worth quadruple points.
  3. Swing and a miss - Every swing and miss of a ball is an additional point for your selected pitcher.
  4. Double or nothing - If your selected player hits a double, you will receive double points for the game. If they do not hit a double, they earn 0 points for the game.

Once you select a Power-up, you will choose which of your players you would like to apply that power-up to. Once a Power-up is assigned, you can return to your roster screen to see who is on your team, which Power-up you chose per player, and how your team is performing.

Results of any Power-up will update in real time. For example, if you have a Power-up which grants you double points for a home run, and you have Aaron Judge on your team and he hits a home run, your score will immediately reflect that you’ve received double the amount of points for that home run.

The choice of daily Power-ups is subject to evolve or change during the Spinball Contest Period at the sole discretion of Sponsor. A description of the daily Power-ups will be included on the Webpage and in the App via an information icon represented as the letter “i”.

The selections you make for your roster, and the Power-ups for which you assign to certain players on your roster, will have a direct impact on your score.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be an opportunity for participants to play and compete in groups or with influencers, but those scores will have no bearing on your total weekly score for purposes of this contest. Scores and winners will only be based off the highest scores from the main leaderboard. No other leaderboard aside from the main leaderboard (i.e., the influencer leaderboard or the group leaderboard) will count for purposes of determining the highest weekly score.

Regarding Changes to Roster: Changes to roster via injuries or trades may impact your score in a given day or week. For example, if you have Mike Trout on your roster and you select him for “outta the park” but he becomes injured during a game, you will not be able to select a new player for that Power-up for the remainder of that game. However, if a player on your roster is “Scratched” before the game, meaning they are not playing in that game due to injury or otherwise, such player will be replaced with a player of like or equal value and your selected Power-up will be applied to the replacement player.

Regarding Suspended Games: For the avoidance of doubt, any points you might receive will only be recorded before any game suspension. In other words, if your player is involved in a suspended game, you will only receive any potential points up until the time of suspension. Under no circumstances will the activity of any resumed or re-scheduled portion of a suspended MLB game be evaluated for Spinball purposes.

Regarding Official Changes to MLB Game Statistics: Spinball will tabulate scores in real time. If an official MLB statistic is changed or corrected within the Score Tabulation Period, your score will be updated. Scores will be locked and final upon the applicable Score Tabulation Period.

The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to Spinball scoring and in all other Spinball matters.

7) PRIZE; PRIZE TERMS: Spinball features one prize per Weekly Entry Period, for a total of twenty-seven (27) prizes. Each winner will receive $1,000 cash prize.

Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of any prize which are not specifically described as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8) DETERMINING THE WINNER; NOTIFICATION: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the eligible participant who achieves the highest total score in an applicable week will be the winner. In the event of a tie (i.e., two (2) or more eligible participants each achieve the identical high score, the applicable weekly prize will be divided equally among the tied, eligible participants. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within approximately three (3) days following the conclusion of an applicable Weekly Entry Period. Entrants are solely responsible for monitoring their email and voice message systems for Spinball-related notifications. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (for example, government-issued photo identification) for winner verification purposes. In order to receive a prize, the potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release (or, if a resident of Canada, a declaration) and (where legal) Publicity Release, and any other documents required by Sponsor, within five (5) business days of date of issuance. The potential winner will be required to submit his/her valid social security number and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $2,00 or greater. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or is declined, if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, if the potential winner does not timely respond to prize notification or document requirements, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and the prize in question will go unawarded, provided however that in the event of a tie, the prize may be awarded to the remaining, non-disqualified potential winner(s). The prize will be awarded only to the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used for Spinball registration (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules). The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person to whom the applicable ISP or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the submitted email address for the domain associated with such email address.

Sponsor's computer will be the official clock of the Spinball. By registering for Spinball, each entrant also agrees to refrain from conduct or communications which may harm the image or reputation of Sponsor or the other Promotion Parties, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Participation in Spinball is at participant's own risk. MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. Please be advised that previously-implemented MLB rules regarding seven-inning doubleheaders and modified extra- innings are no longer in effect. The Promotion Parties and Apple, Inc. In such event, the Sponsor shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such action.
