Blue Jays' virtual Winter Week begins Feb. 1

January 18th, 2021

TORONTO -- The Blue Jays will be launching a virtual Winter Week beginning Feb. 1, the club announced Monday, giving fans an opportunity to meet current and former players while taking part in games and giveaways.

With the annual Winter Fest at Rogers Centre and travelling Winter Tour not possible this offseason due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Winter Week will allow fans to safely take part from home.

The event will run from Monday, Feb. 1, to Saturday, Feb. 6., with the big draw, of course, being the players. There will be virtual autograph sessions with players, including Cavan Biggio, Danny Jansen, Nate Pearson, J.P. Arencibia, Pat Borders, Shawn Green, Dave Stieb, Shannon Stewart and Devon White.

Here’s all of the information you need to know for Virtual Winter Week:

These tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on Thursday at 10 a.m. ET. Head to bluejays.com/virtualwinterweek to get yours.

Additional information
As part of the Virtual Winter Week, Jays Care Foundation and TD will be donating a combined $30,000 to Ronald McDonald Houses British Columbia & Yukon, Manitoba, Toronto, Edmonton, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland & Labradour to provide needed items, including prepared meals, cleaning supplies, games and technology.

Jays Care will also be sharing its Challenger Baseball program with young athletes across Canada as part of a virtual National Jamboree on Saturday, Feb, 6.
